12 years old Christian girl Shazia Bashir was murdered on January 22, 2010, in Lahore, by his Muslim employer, Mohammad Naeem Advocate. Accused Mohammad Naeem was arrested in torture and killing of Shazia Bashir but on February 13, 2010, Additional Session Judge granted his bail and confirmed bails of his wife, son and other relative. Shazia Bashir was working as housemaid in home of accused Mohammad Naeem since 2009, and brought to Jinnah Hospital on January 21, 2010 in critical conditions by accused. CLAAS was leading Shazia case which claims to provide legal aid assistance to Christian in Pakistan and is sitting in action committee formed by Asma Jahangir, Chairperson of Human Rights of Commission of Pakistan.
