expressing grave concern on appointment of not any Christian Justice in Lahore High Court and Sindh High Court when notification of 31 new Justices was issued by government of Pakistan. Nazir S Bhatt said “When 20 million Christians of Pakistan demand 13% representation in democratic institutions proportional to population then Muslim leaders claim that they are in mainstream politics and enjoy equal rights but whenever there is opportunity for due share Christians are forgotten as they do not exist in Pakistan” ‘There is already no Christian Justice in Supreme Court of Pakistan nor in four High Courts and now when there are new appointment of 31 judges in higher courts, there are only Muslim in notification” added Nazir Bhatti Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, Chief of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC urged Muslim political parties which have high jacked Christian vote bank through imposing Joint Electorate to appoint Christian Justices in Supreme Court of Pakistan, Lahore High Court, Sindh High Court, Peshawar High Court and Balochistan High Court unless Christians shall be forced to right action. “Christian are deprived of voting rights to elect their representatives nor justice is ensured on victimization by Muslim majority” said Nazir Bhatti It is on record that selected Christian parliamentarians failed again to press upon government or to raise voice to give due share to Christians in Judiciary. Nazir Bhatti said “Christians are voiceless in Pakistan having no due representation in higher court, armed forces, civil services, parliament and Senate of Pakistan” Nazir Bhatti added “Muslim political leaders are not sincere on representation of Christians but selecting their tools to end our voice in Pakistan” “I am surprised that Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Mohammar Choudry also neglected Christians or denied existence of millions of Christians in Pakistan when he enlisted Muslim justices from every District in Punjab and Sindh” said Nazir Bhatti
