LAHORE: March 30, 2010. (The News report) Federal Minister for Minority Affairs Shahbaz Bhatti said Tuesday that allegations leveled against him by Aukaf Chairman Asif Hashmi

regarding demand of land cruiser and guesthouse were unfounded. “I could only pray for the Aukaf chairman,” he said. Speaking to Geo, the minority minister said that he had warned Hashmi against violations of rules and regulation, which he did not like. Now the Aukaf chairman has announced to submit resign on April 20, added Shahbaz. To a question, the federal minister said that a delay in release of funds for Guru Nanak University was procedural and he had no connection in this regard.
