The Secretary Bishop Council Pastor Sulman Masih garlanded the respectable guests. Bishop Kenneth E. Sparton delivered the sermon before the ceremony of consecration took place. By giving the references from the Bible, he expressed his views during the sermon that the consecrated predecessors of Christ are often abused and humiliated. According to the Bible, such people will be not maltreated even the dogs will not lick their dead bodies. He said, Naeem Samuel is God's disciple and he is being consecrated today. His consecration is from God. He is willingly ready to serve the Christianity. He consecrated Pastor Naeem Samuel as a Bishop in the presence of so many Pastors and a large number of Christian people. The Bishops, Pastors and the members of Bishop council, Bishop Kenneth E. Spaton, Bishop Faisal Mughal, Pastor Dr. Janisar, Pastor Maqsood Alam, Pastor Akbar Khokhar, Moderator Pastor Sulman Masih, consecrated Pastor Naeem Samuel with oil. Bishop Naeem Samuel expressed his views and said that he will serve the church with loyalty and devotion and serve the confederation council of Bishop and head of National Churches in Pakistan. (R). He said, "I will always be efficient for the progress, prosperity and solidarity of the nation and country. He said that before he embraced Christ, his 20 years political life was entreated in the tension and worries. When he embraced Christ then he was blessed with mundane and heavenly Bliss, honor, wealth and fame. God has endowed me with all the blessings. I will serve the Christianity with pure dedication, truth and spirit. Moreover, he said that God has bought me after paying for me. He placed my value. I will work honestly. He sacrificed for me. I also devoted my life for him. I feel proud that I am also one of his predecessors. MY objective of life is to complete the mission. In this ceremony all the relatives, members of the Church congratulated Reverend Bishop Naeem Samuel and presented some gifts. At the end the guests were served with special meal.
