He termed PCA as lobbyist group of fraction of Muslims working to plead cause and issues of government of Pakistan on intimation of Pakistan embassy in Washington DC. Mr. Bhatti said that PCA has never raised voice to repeal blasphemy laws and all other discriminatory laws imposed on Pakistani Christians instead this group put all its efforts to abolish Separate electorates for Christians in Pakistan to turn minorities a voiceless. He condemned all such Christian elements that have taken refuge under banner of Pakistani American Congress to seek opportunities to meet with visiting Pakistani Presidents, Prime Ministers and other delegates on recommendations of PCA. Mr. Bhatti added " The Christian groups under umbrella of PCA are unknown to Christians in Pakistan nor their leadership have any effective voice in Pakistan" He said, " I shall suggest these few so-called Christian leaders for unity and struggle for oppressed Christian minority in Pakistan as Muslim groups in Pakistan nor in USA shall ever raise voice for their basic equal democratic rights" Commenting on recent convention of Pakistani American Congress in Washington DC, Mr. Bhatti said ' It was show of Pakistan Embassy". He said "on one hand Government of Pakistan is departing delegations of parliamentarians, students, women and intellectuals to India claiming harmony among India and Pakistan. The issue of Kashmir is under process of bilateral and friendly relations when PCA is lobbying to liberate Kashmir from India in Washington DC. Mr. Bhatti said it's very important to note," Do PCA believes in armed Mujahdeen struggle to liberate Kashmir from India" Mr. Nazir Bhatti said that there was not on agenda in any session of PCA to safeguard rights of Christians when Christians have been victimized under blasphemy laws, Christian women are raped and abducted, Christian youth is facing hardship to join government employments and Pastors are being assassinated. Mr. Nazir Bhatti urged Pakistani Christians in USA to unite and abandon the slavery of slaves because united Christian struggle can ensure justice to minorities in Pakistan.
