After snubbed by Pakistan, non-violent Kashmiri Jihadis hold the key for SAARC and resurgent Islam. By Hem Raj Jain

Kashmiri leaders owe it to Kashmiris to bring their struggle to logical & ethical conclusion (ii)- When PoK with Pakistan ‘Instrument of accession of J&K’ not worth the paper written on (iii)- Ditching of Kashmiris by Pakistan should motivate Kashmiris to realize the majesty of Islam (iv)- Hindus are incapable of ruling Hindu-Muslim country (v)- Kashmiri Muslims should come forward to solve the problem of SAARC & mankind through resurgent Islam (vi)- First Kashmiris should launch all India federal secular democratic political party to realize FSDSAARC (including Myanmar) (vii)- In second stage Kashmiris should solve the problem of Muslims in NAME (including Syria) etc through modified UN.
----In the back drop of the appointment of interlocutor (former intelligence Chief Dineshwar Sharma) by Government of India (GOI) to talk to all stake holders in Kashmir, as per print & electronic media report while addressing a conference on 'Future of Pakistan 2017' at the London School of Economics' South Asia Centre the Pakistan Prime Minister Abbasi on November, 6 dismissed any support for the concept of an independent Kashmir. Abbasi further said that the solution (of Kashmir problem) lies with the UN Security Council resolution that the people are given the right of determination," which is as good as saying that Kashmiris should join Pakistan because they (separatists) do not want to live with India.
It is a matter of common knowledge that Kashmiris do not want to join Pakistan too due to bad situation of human rights in Pakistan with the result they are demanding Azadi (independence from both India and Pakistan). But now when Pakistan has already snubbed them on the issue of Azadi the Kashmiri leaders owe it to Kashmiris to bring their struggle to logical & ethical conclusion by invoking non-violent Jihad in the interest of first ruling SAARC and then in second stage to bring peace and prosperity in entire world through resurgent Islam as mentioned below: -
(1)- First and foremost Kashmiri Muslims should understand the following: -
(i)- When about half of J&K (PoK including Gilgit Baltistan) is with Pakistan the ‘Instrument of accession of J&K’ (which was signed mainly for the purpose of protecting the territorial integrity of then princely State of J&K) is not worth the paper it is written on.
(ii)- For reasons best known only to Hindu politicians, Hindus since first half of 20th century have flinched from the idea of ruling over Muslims (even through human rights friendly secular democracy). The apostle of non-violence Gandhi (who mattered most in India’s independence struggle and who used to say that India will be partitioned on my dead body) ultimately agreed cowardly to India’s expectedly-gory partition in 1947 when Patel (as per then Congress President Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad in his biography) told Gandhi that it will be easier and feasible to rule Hindu India then Hindu-Muslim India (Nehru of-course did not mind partition as long as he became Prime Minister of India whether united or divided). This cowardice and incompetence of Hindus has remained till date with the result Hindus of India do not want to retrieve PoK because it is Muslim populated.
(iii)- The last word on India’s partition is yet to be written.
(iv)- Millions of Muslims are bleeding all over the world (including in NAME / Syria region) hence Kashmiri Muslims should come forward (through no-violent Jihad) to solve the problem of SAARC & mankind through resurgent Islam.
(2)- In order to succeed in said mission Kashmiri Muslims will have to go in two stages. In first stage Kashmiris should launch all India federal secular democratic political party to realize ‘Federal Secular Democratic SAARC [FSDSAARC including Myanmar (which was part of British India) because due to Rohingya crises Myanmar also needs to be included in FSDSAARC]. This new political party (to be launched by Kashmiri Muslims) should file following writ petitions in Supreme Court:-
(i)- Legally expected restoration of Status-quo-ante of Babri Masjid which was demolished in 1992 in the presence of Observer of Supreme Court of India (SCI)
(ii)- Query about retrieve of PoK in the interest of removal of draconian laws namely AFSPA, SPA etc from J&K (through writ first in J&K High Court and then in SCI if needed)
(iii)- Prosecution against guilty found by Sri Krishna Commission about 1992-93 communal riots in Mumbai / Maharashtra (while rightly asking for deportation / action against Dawood Ibrahim etc, the guilty of serial blasts which were direct fallout of said riots)
(iv)- Identification, tracking and deportation of illegal immigrants, mainly from Bangladesh (the issue on which BJP came in power in Assam)
(v)- Quashing of discriminatory (especially against Muslims) Reservation Policy
(vi)- Riots like Delhi 1984, Gujarat 2002 riots etc about section 130 & 131 Cr.P.C. where military is under legal obligation to quell the riots suo-motto too
(vii)- Constitutional obligation about Public debt under Article 292 & 293 and not under unconstitutional FRBM (which has facilitad open loot by politicians and Governments of Union and Sates)
(viii)- India can solve many of its problems by removing its poverty if its Government (in pursuance to UN Convention Against Corruption & Black-money) recovers State-capital of Rs ~ 1,000 Trillion ($ ~ 16 Trillion) as mentioned at http://www.alwihdainfo.com/Now-India-bound-to-get-Rs--1000-Trillion-income-tax-as-Delhi-Police-steps-in_a31456.html and http://www.newsnation.in/article/121125-news-nation-disclosure-on-blackmoney-kharabpati-farmers-take-agriculture-route-t.html . But GOI is not doing it hence writ petition in SCI.
(3)- In second stage Kashmiris should solve the problem of Muslims in NAME (including Syria) etc through modified UN where: -
(i)- There should be no veto power to any member. Voting rights of every member should commensurate with (A)- Contribution of money, men and material (including and especially martial) by members of UN and (B)- Records about human rights in member countries of UN.
(ii)- There should be International Political Parties (IIP) registered at UN because in many countries (especially in Muslim countries) if politics is left to local people then it ultimately comes under the strangulating influence of the medieval-thinking religious leaders and blood-thirsty-Jihadis (who do not understand the true meaning of Jihad) in these countries.
(iii)- Merely democracy is not enough to ensure human rights in any country as is evident from the case of India too where in addition to communal rights (rather massacre of minorities) about half of the population (small and marginal farmers) is starving and over 12,000 farmers commit suicide every year and where hundreds of children have died due to lack of oxygen & other medical facilities and other such many cases in India of human right’s violations. Hence instead of optional-protocol OP-1 (at UN) there should be mandatory-protocol MP-1 of ICCPR at UN where individual citizen can move UN for securing his / her human rights even by military intervention of UN in any erring member of UN.
(iv)- In the interest of finishing pernicious influence of unbridled usurers (unethical interest-earning which is forbidden in Islam) there should be one currency for UN with PROPER asset back-up (with central bank at UN head office and its branch offices in member countries).
(v)- Nukes of all member countries should be brought under one command & control of UN for ultimate elimination of nuclear & other WMDs.
It is hoped that Kashmiri Muslims will rise to the occasion and will endeavor to accomplish said mission so that not only their problems and the problems of the people of J&K and SAARC region but also the problems of Muslims all over the world and of the entire mankind can be addressed through non-violent Jihad by taking advantage of resurgent Islam.
