Shame for Gujarati Muslims who could not dislodge communal anti-people BJP & Congress. By Hem Raj Jain

Gujarati Muslims should (i)- Understand that Islam is a political religion (ii)- Launch a new Secular, Socialist party (iii)- Work for rehabilitation of Palestinians in the interest of global human rights (including of their own in India)
No community needs secularism more than Muslims in India and out of Muslims no one has more valid reasons to oppose communalism in India than Gujarati Muslims who suffered immensely during massacre of Muslims by Hindutva forces in 2002 in Gujarat. Moreover in the backdrop of immense grievances among various communities in Gujarat mainly due to economic hardship born out of agrarian crises, unemployment, draconian & illegal de-monetization etc [some of which are reflected in agitations led by Hardik Patel who led reservation agitation for the inclusion of the Patidar caste in the Other Backward Class category, Alpesh Thakor who founded the OBC, SC, ST Ekta Manch, a social platform to demand proper reservations for people of the respective communities, and Jignesh Mewani who led a campaign by Dalits, considered 'lower castes' in the Indian caste hierarchy, the caste which is especially aggrieved due to violence on them by cow-vigilantes of Hindutva forces] it is surprising that Gujarati Muslims did not come forward to provide political leadership to these aggrieved sections (Muslims in India are also facing economic hardship as was mentioned in Sachar Committee report too) who combined together form comfortable majority in Gujarat.
Hinduism does not treat properly and respectfully the working class people who work with their hands and come mainly from the Dalit, backward and other backward castes of Hinduism (as was narrated also by Dalit leader Kancha Ilaiah in an article in prominent newspaper where he said that this is the reason India did not make much progress in manufacturing sector and missed industrial revolution). Whereas Hindu majority India cares for upper castes of Hinduism hence service sector (which mostly employs upper castes) gets priority from government. But Gujarati Muslims who follow Islam (which is a political religion and does not discriminate against so called lower castes) should have given leadership to these disgruntled people from so called lower castes of Hinduism in Gujarat. But Gujarati Muslims have missed this opportunity with the result Gujarati Muslims have not dislodged communal and anti-people Bhartiya janata Party (BJP) and Indian National Congress (Congress) in just concluded 2017 Gujarat Assembly elections
[As far communal politics of BJP it is of crude variety hence does not warrant any further elaboration whereas communalism of Congress is of subtle kind as is evident from the fact that Babri-Masjid was demolished in 1992 when Congress was in power at center and Congress party never demanded resignation of the then PM Narsimha Rao who did not use security & armed forces (under section 129, 130, 131 CrPC) to protect Babri-Masjid from demolition by Hindutva forces. As far anti-people policies of BJP and Congress both parties have not done anything to recover Rs ~ 1,000 Lakh Crore of State-capital from Income Tax http://www.alwihdainfo.com/Now-India-bound-to-get-Rs--1000-Trillion-income-tax-as-Delhi-Police-steps-in_a31456.html and http://www.newsnation.in/article/121125-news-nation-disclosure-on-blackmoney-kharabpati-farmers-take-agriculture-route-t.html though this much money of $ ~ 16 Trillion can solve all the problems of India (especially of these lower castes of India), the problems which emanates from the economic hardship of India. China with merely $ ~ 4 Trillion spare capital has become world power hence what India will become with $ ~ 16 Trillion is any body’s guess]
Now also Gujarati Muslims should wake-up and launch an all India level political party (as said problems being faced in Gujarat are in entire India hence remedy will also be at all India level), the Federal, Secular, Socialist, pro-Globalization Party (FSSPGP, as mentioned below) so that in 2019 Parliamentary elections and in coming State elections (including in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan Karnataka, Chhattisgarh etc) the FSSPGP can defeat BJP, Congress etc. :-
(1)- Secularism does not need elaboration. Federalism means that all the civilian subjects (including natural resources) should be with States whereas only martial subjects like defense, external affairs, communication, national transport, currency etc should be with the Union. The FSSPGP (unlike other political parties in India) will be a political party only when office-bearers are elected by members (both ordinary and active. Active members may have 2 or more times voting rights than of ordinary members)
(2)- Socialism means joint capitalism where like private-capital the State-capital will also be deployed profitably especially for the welfare of the people (presently the ministers who can’t run a government business / factory profitably and always talk about dis-investment how can they aspire and claim to run the country). The said State capital of Rs ~ 1,000 Trillion should be deployed profitably (i)- For making residential and commercial buildings which can be given on rent to be decided by ‘Rent Commission’ (ii)- For opening outlets, godowns, cold-storages etc of Public Distribution System all over India which will also provide fair-price to farmers especially after extending labor laws to farm labors after facilitating large farm holdings under co-operative farming (iii)- In making health care through modified ESI workable [in the management of modified ESI in addition to the representatives from government of India (GOI) the representatives of employees and of employers should also be there].
(3)- On the basis of the experience of amended-ESI in second stage the education should also be given under direct control of the people (whosoever controls the institutions of health-care and education controls the society). In ‘Rajtantra’ (during rule of Kings and Emperors) health-care and education remains with Raj (State) if in ‘Prajatantra’ health-care and education are not directly with the people then democracy has no meaning. Politicians should not pamper the people for the sake of votes rather people should be given the responsibility of their health-care and education [especially after retirement people waste their time in meaningless gossips instead they can devote their free time (mostly on charity) for managing and running said institutions of health-care and education].
(4)- There are four major human-groups in this world namely Christians, Muslims, Chinese and Hindus. Chinese and Hindus have one country hence do not need political globalization where as Christians are powerful (due to lead in modern science and technology) and otherwise also have their military under one control of NATO. Only Muslims are fragmented politically hence Muslims are weeping and bleeding profusely all over the world (especially in NAME & AF-PAK region) which is troubling entire world through terrorism etc. Otherwise also globalization in this age is inevitable therefore FSSPGP should work for globalization and for which FSSPGP should support rehabilitation of Palestinians as mentioned at http://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/detail.php?articleid=3051
(5)- Hindus (who presently are suffering from suicidal tendencies) do not understand that present India (including parted Pakistan and Bangladesh) was made India by Britishers by bringing it under one central political authority through rule of law (by major laws like CPC, CrPC, IPC, Evidence Act etc that still keep India intact). India will dis-integrate if ‘rule of law’ is destroyed in India. Therefore FSSPGP will succeed only when in the interest of secularism, socialism etc and especially in the interest of upholding ‘rule of law’ first of all FSSPGP files the following writ petitions in SCI about:-
(i)- Legally expected restoration of Status-quo-ante of Babri Masjid which was demolished in 1992 in the presence of Observer of SCI
(ii)- Query about retrieve of POK (including militarily if necessary) in the interest of removal of AFSPA, SPA etc from J&K (through writ first in J&K high Court and then in SCI, if needed)
(iii)- Prosecution against guilty found by Sri Krishna Commission about 1992-93 communal riots in Mumbai / Maharashtra (while rightly asking for deportation / action against Dawood Ibrahim etc, the guilty of serial blasts which were direct fallout of said riots)
(iv)- Identification, tracking and deportation of illegal immigrants, mainly from Bangladesh
(v)- Quashing of discriminatory (especially against Muslims) Reservation Policy which is giving reservation to also those castes of Hindus which once ruled in India. [There is nothing wrong in reservation especially to those who otherwise do not get proportional representation in government, but it should not be in the name of demoralizing tag (fatally harmful for democracy) of Dalit, backward etc. Rather reservation should be given only in government service on merit (and not in education or elections) to any recognizable human group whichever demands it proportional to its percentage in population]
(vi)- Delhi 1984 & Gujarat 2002 riots regarding responsibility of security & armed forces in stopping riots under section129, 130, 131 Cr.P.C.
(vii)- Constitutional obligation regarding public debt under Article 292 & 293 and not under FRBM which is unconstitutionally promoting unethical unbridled usury (interest earning), an anathema in Islam
(viii)- For recovery of State-capital of Rs ~ 1,000 Trillion Income tax out of black money (as mentioned above) which, when recovered, will solve most of the problems being faced by India especially arising due to economic hardship.
(6)- Having said all this if anyone thinks that without introducing native language in advance learning and practices India can progress then he / she is living in make believe world (if Germany, France, Japan, China, Russia etc can work without English there is no reason why can’t India). English is an important language hence can be taught from 6th to 10th standard. Non-Hindi speaking States may be avoided in the first stage and even States using variant of Devnagari (like Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali etc) may also be avoided in first stage if they so want. But non-Hindi-speaking States have no right to stop Hindi States from developing national language Hindi as a language of advance learning and practices. Hence in States like U.P. Bihar, M.P., Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Haryana, U.K, Himachal etc which use Hindi, the FSSPGP should work for and demand that their governments start developing Hindi in advance fields for example working in fields where doctors, engineers, advocates of higher judiciary, chartered accounts etc will work in Hindi in government institutions & organizations (including in government hospitals, factories, PWD, power plants, chemical & fertilizer plants etc)
It is high time Indian Muslims especially Gujarati Muslims start taking religion seriously as mentioned above (by working for rehabilitation of Palestinians and by launching FSSPGP) because it is not possible that Muslims claim to practice Islam (by going to Mosques on every Friday etc) and at the same ditch the preaching of Prophet Mohammad with impunity.
