Trump should know, not guns but lethal bullets main problem in USA too. By Hem Raj Jain

The school shooting on February, 14 in USA at Florida, in which 17 were killed and 14 were injured, has triggered widespread anger in USA. Hence US President Trump is obviously deeply concerned about it due to sympathetic reasons but also due to electoral considerations. Trump has suggested a solution that teachers should carry concealed guns to classrooms to protect the children. This solution is bizarre, impractical and wide-off the mark hence has been ridiculed and opposed by practically all in USA, especially the teachers.
Whenever shooting in schools or other public places in USA takes place people start talking about gun control even gun ban. But this is like throwing baby with tub-water. Rather guns should be given to any adult citizen of USA whosoever wants to have it. This is especially for women who can be best and effectively protected only by a gun against sexual harassment and other crimes. But like previous US Presidents, Trump is also not grasping the real problem. Trump should understand that the real problem is lethal bullets and not guns. For effective solution Trump should ban lethal bullets in guns used by civilians including police.
Lethal bullets should be used only by military against enemy. Civilians should use bullets which will not kill but will only make the target unconscious so that he / she (the target) can be handed over to police for further legal action. Even police should not use lethal / otherwise dangerous bullets (like pallet-guns which have made many youth in Kashmir of India, blind) but should use non-lethal bullets so that the unconscious- victims may be arrested by police. For hunting also non-lethal bullets should be used so that lethal bullets are not available with any civilian.
Because this problem of lethal bullets with civilians is present in every country, Prez Trump should move United Nations to make non-lethal bullets (for the use of civilians) compulsory / mandatory for every member of UN by incorporating it in ICCPR of UN by declaring it as a fundamental human right of every citizen of UN member country. Trump should also ask UN to mobilize funds for research & development of such non-lethal bullets and guns for such non-lethal bullets.
It is hoped Prez trump will go down in history as US president who served the mankind splendidly through UN, by banning use of lethal bullets by civilians (including police) all over the world.
