Government of India should end farmers agitation before January 26, 2021 (ii)- The said symbolic referendum will be a tremendous morale booster for Khalistanis and legally will have profound implications against India among world-community and in international law.

On the journey to Khalistan (as mentioned at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/3735 ) it will be a crucial milestone if the Khalistanis / Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) succeed (due to farmer’s agitation) in converting Republic Day the January 26, 2021 into symbolic referendum for Khalistan by getting its flag hoisted on the tops of residential & commercial buildings all across Punjab. Therefore the Government of India (GoI) should try to end the on-going farmer’s agitation [for getting three new farm laws repealed and for getting ‘Minimum Support Price’ (MSP) converted into a legal right] before January 26, 2021 as explained below:-

(1)- By extensive reporting in print & electronic media and also in social media it has now become clear that the Khalistanis are not only taking immense interest in this farmer’s agitation but are also trying to convert this agitation (specially by the farmers from Punjab) into Khalistan movement. As mentioned in above article PCP - 3735 if GoI does not accept the demand of farmers then at least farmers from Punjab will not leave the protest site (especially after article by Chief Principal Secretary Suresh Kumar who has supported these demands of the farmers by giving argument of cooperative federalism and of 94 by 6 logic) and these Punjabi farmers will have to be removed by force which will suit the Khalistanis as it will stoke the fires of Khalistan movement.

(2)- The leaders of farmers are already talking about going to Delhi on Republic Day with the National Flag, the Tricolor in their hands so that the Government wouldn’t do anything against them (including any action like water canonning on National Flags) as reported https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jsn1KyobIDw which is a proof of the fact that the National Flags are the symbols of national loyalty and sentiments and taken so by governments and global community all across the world.

(3)- Now due to this National Flag factor the GoI may face another big problem / danger. On any Republic Day (like Independence Day the August 15) National Flags are hoisted on the residential & commercial building by Indians as a  symbol to express their national loyalty and sentiments. For some time the SFJ (by giving the argument of human rights as per ICCPR of the UN) has been demanding and trying to arrange a referendum in Punjab for Khalistan (as mentioned at https://referendum2020.org/ ). But neither it is allowed by the GoI (https://countercurrents.org/2020/09/india-not-to-allow-khalistan-referendum-2020/ ) nor so far supported by other countries (as reported at https://www.bignewsnetwork.com/news/265945019/after-canada-britain-rejects-punjab-referendum-2020 ). But it is also a matter of law & fact that if the Khalistanis / SFJ succeed in carrying out this referendum in any form (traditional or symbolic) in which overwhelming majority of Punjabis support independent Khalistan then it will be a tremendous morale booster for Khalistanis and legally it will have profound implications against India in international law and among world-community. 

(4)- Precisely such dangerous situation has arisen for India due to on-going farmer’s agitation as given below:-

(i)- The Khalistanis / SFJ have to merely announce publicly that a referendum for Khalistan will take place on Republic Day the January 26, 2021 through symbolic expression (of Khalistan National Flag hoisting) because the GoI is not allowing a traditional referendum by voting, in violation of the fundamental human rights of the Punjabis.

(ii)- The Khalistanis / SFJ have to further announce publicly that in this  referendum the people are supposed hoist the flag of Khalistan on their residential & commercial buildings on Republic Day (in this flag in place of Khalistan, Khalsa will be written because the GoI does not allow Khalistan to be written on its flag).

(iii)- The Khalistanis / SFJ have to further announce publicly that in addition to said flag hoisting by Punjabis on their residential & commercial buildings the parades (like Republic Day Parade at National, State, District and Tehsil / Taluka etc Headquarters) the  ‘Khalistan Day’ Parade will be carried out at various places in Punjab.

(iv)- The Khalistanis / SFJ have to further announce publicly that these Khalistan (Khalsa) flags can be prepared by the people themselves or can be obtained from the volunteers of Khalistan in their areas.

It goes without saying that the GoI or Government of Punjab cannot remove such flag [with Khalsa written on it as it is Panthic (religious) flag] because these flags are not illegal. Moreover, if the Government tries to remove these flags from the top of residential & commercial buildings then it will not only make international community against India but will further stoke the fires of Khalistan.

This also goes without saying that Pakistan and even China will take keen interest (even will provide active possible support of every kind) in said activities of the Khalistanis / Sikhs For Justice as it will give tremendous satisfaction to Pakistan (because this potential dismemberment of India will be a response of Pakistan to dismemberment of Pakistan in 1971 by India through independence of Bangladesh) and for China it will be a reply to India which allows Tibet government-in-exile on Indian soil. 

Therefore, the Government of India should take this matter seriously and should try to end the on-going farmer’s agitation before January 26, 2021 otherwise India may come under serious problem if the Khalistanis / Sikhs For Justice succeed (due to farmer’s agitation) in converting Republic Day into Khalistan Day and into symbolic referendum for Khalistan by getting its flag (written Khalsa in place of Khalistan) hoisted on the top of residential & commercial buildings all across Punjab.
