In my wonder less mind, I yarned to see, my fellow bellowwith eyes to seek, would you be there to see me through, at the end of my race, have I touched or dawn to pew.
I have always been intrigued to see myself, watching the winter blues when the nights are long and days are small. I have often wondered what was the sky and stars like when, the initiation of a romance began which we now call The forgiven.
Have you had a winter blue such as this?
I am a student, passing my time in the library of thoughts, often wondering where I came from, and where do I seek my destiny, and always puzzled by my garish, and see to yonder, I am called by a name, and what name is that , is it my first or last ,perplexed with this thought, I have often found myself some odd 40 years in my making, burdened with a load that I have not asked for ,and yet I have been sentenced to stay with this, what is my label is a question well asked today.
My journey starts in a town, traveling thru the Lush valleys, Green Fields, and one proud nation an atomic power of today PAKISTAN.
We cannot be ignored, by the world today, are the exact words repeated by the present day President of Pakistan General Pervaiz Musharraf.
Pakistan, an Atomic power, standing with head and chest up, mightyfull and majestic, I am a proud Pakistani today, yes I am a proud Pakistani, in view of such thought I am slight with, an openness to anguish and hostility around the present day society, Pre- Partition, Post Partition, and post - drawn Partition, yes PDP.The consequences are set forth in your present day Pakistani Society today.
My role, in such a vibrant and vigilant society, have I ever thought of such a role, oh- not to mention I reside Abroad, what can I do, I have not much to say anyway, who will listen, can you see the chills that come with the winter blues, I can, and any Patriot Pakistani can, very few are inclined to do anything about the Chills, are you one of them.
Today, I am inclined on to address the forth seen future, of my fellow Pakistani Christians, do you, I was proud to shake my hand with the ex-principal of Gordon College Dr.Robert Stewart ,when he last visited Pakistan at the age of a 100.I often thing ,what have I missed, the dream of a young man, just visiting a synod meeting in Albany in the year 1854, then turned a missionary and founded a new thought in the than Punjab of East India today my Pakistan, have I missed something¦,
I am in my mind, following the foot steps of the pioneers in the History Making, are we missing something, have you seen Dr.Andrew Gordon, do I know who is he, yet I am pondered with this thought every day, I am from the post era, dawn to a new beginning, a new race in East India, amidst many fractions of Religions, a new beginning SIALKOT MISSION. Yes I am pondered by this thought, of the role of this mission, to the present day Christian Society of Pakistan.
A new Beginning, much of our time is spend, on the role of this society, and the impact that it has laid on the civic society in Pakistan,
Endless politician ,diplomats ,educators, and a well deserved President, are will still reaching out connecting with the regional issues facing with the Pakistani society, or are we self reliance on the abbreviation of the labeled clergy of the Pakistani Society.
The Christians in Pakistan, need to learn that a well desired effort is well done only when we act responsively,and to accomplish the goals of this fraction ones need to identify the roles of such elements, that are passive in nature, and singular in pre-text, today a much needed effort is to create a think tank thought of a progressive Pakistani Christian Society, we have long been languished with the spiritual relic, of the post dawn Pakistani Society, it is time to wake up, and fight the tyranny of the relics, we are a society built with virtues of the impossible.
