Prez Biden being a good Christian should take mercy on acutely suffering Christian Ukrainians (B)- Failure of apathetic Biden administration is glaring especially when three excuses (involving Russia) given by India are bogus namely (i)- Political support of Russia to India over Kashmir (ii)- INDIA”s dependence on oil including Russian and (iii)- INDIA”s dependence on Russia for defense requirements
It is becoming increasingly clear that the Biden -administration (especially its State Department headed by Blinken) is making the UKraine to fight invading Russia till last UKrainian despite ‘Budapest Memorandum 1994’ though the USA could have stopped Ukraine war with justice to Ukraine by this time easily if the USA / Prez Biden had succeeded in roping in, for liberal global order, India of 1.4 billion people and the largest secular democracy of the world with professional military of the legacy left by Brittish rule . India has been repeatedly abstaining in favor of invading Russia at the UN voting the latest being on after completion of one year of Ukraine war as reported at https://www.indiatoday.in/world/russia-ukraine-war/story/india-china-abstain-un-vote-russia-withdraw-ukraine-war-2338838-2023-02-24 .
The biggest failure of the foreign policy of the USA is the fact that India has been taking the excuse [that it is constrained to support invading Russia because of three reasons (i)- Political support of Russia to India over Kashmir (ii)- INDIA”s dependence on oil including Russian and (iii)- INDIA”s dependence on Russia for defense requirements] whereas all these three excuses given by India are bogus and the USA has not been able to call off the bluff of India about these though it can easily do, as explained below:-
(1)- The USA can ask India to fulfill its legal responsibility of carrying out plebiscite in united J&K as mandated by ‘Instrument of Accession’ (IoA) which reads as - -[Consistently with their (GoI) policy that, in the case of any State where the issue of Accession has been the subject of dispute, the question of Accession Should be decided in accordance with the wishes of the people of the State, it is my Government’s wish that, as soon as law and order have been restored in Kashmir, and her soil cleared of the invader, the question of the State’s Accession should be settled by a reference to the people. Yours Sincerely Sd/- Mountbatten of Burma]. The USA can assure India that it will help in ensuring that Pakistan side of J&K and Gilgit Baltistan are cleared of outsiders before such plebiscite
(2)- Nothing is more bogus than India's dependence on oil from any other country because India doesn’t need as much oil as it is importing. Instead India can easily produce electric power from nuclear source which the USA made possible by entering into US-India nuclear deal in 2008. But India has wasted 15 years whereas in these 15 years India could have produce enough electric power from nuclear source which would have easily eliminated India’s dependence on petroleum oil to drive its entire automobile and transport sector.
(3)- As far as India’s dependendence on Russia for defense supplies the USA can easily take care of it by two measure (i)- The USA can substitute it by the military supplies from the US and its allies (ii)- BY launching participatrory global order (in place of discriminatry global order of the UN) and by addressing the martial concerns of India by disciplining China (which as per Secretary Blinken is already poised to supply arms to Russia against Ukraine as reported at https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/feb/19/china-may-be-on-brink-of-supplying-arms-to-russia-says-blinken ) as generally mentioned (about disciplining China under US-Jainism ) at https://www.indiaspeaksdaily.com/nikki-has-chance-for-2024-white-house-only-if-has-practical-road-map-to-discipline-china-after-dismantling-un-through-new-global-order-and-more/ or

(4)- If Prez Biden is really interested in running a liberal global order and in bringing relief and succor to beleaguered UKrainians then he should ask Secretary Blinken to urgently go to India and take a press conference at US-Embassy in New DElhi where he should say that -[India shouldn’t be under any delusion instead should know that in this globalized world India can’t expect to progress economically etc by becoming a party for demolishing liberal global order and the excuse given by India for condoning Russian invasion of Ukraine are all bogus (as explained above) and the USA doesn’t buy India’s arguments about repeated abstaining at UN resolutions against invading Russia for ending Ukraine war.]
