New Delhi: The National Panthers Party has urged President of India, Mr. Ramnath Kovind for his urgent intervention to save Jammu and Kashmir from the CIA trap as the Anglo-American Bloc has activated its gameplan to divide J&K and invoke the 1951 Dixon Plan which had suggested that J&K should be divided to find out a solution. It was Dixon Plan (the US representative in J&K) which had suggested to bifurcate Jammu province by dissecting the Muslim majority districts (areas) in Jammu province namely Districts of Poonch and the then Doda. This plan has further planted the Security Council to allow formation of Islamic Republic of Kashmir by uniting the province of Kashmir with Muslim majority districts of Jammu province. This formula was rejected by Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, the then Prime Minister of India. The American Bloc has been instigating Pakistan and some political groups even in Kashmir to persuade them to follow this formula. It was this reason that Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru dismissed Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah, the then Prime Minister of J&K in 1953 and allowed the change of government in J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh urged the President of India to direct the Prime Minister of India to hold an urgent conference on the affairs of J&K with all political parties of J&K, mostly those which are recognized by Election Commission of India.

He cautioned the Govt. of India that the 1951 Dixon Plan is being revived by the CIA under American old plan. This is the time that Govt. of India should hold an independent Delimitation Commission so that the entire State of J&K is reorganized by distribution of Assembly seats. Describing Kashmir region (as Ladakh has been dissected from Kashmir region) as a province and projecting entire Jammu province as a division is a dangerous formula which reflects the whole conspiracy to divide Jammu province even. The northern area of Jammu province namely Banihal and north-west including half of Poonch are facing a serious CIA conspiracy by separating from Jammu province.

NPP President appealed the President of India to caution the Prime Minister of India about this CIA conspiracy fully backed by American plan to divide Jammu province even in order to build ground for the implementation of the old Dixon Plan vis-à-vis Jammu and Kashmir. Prof.Bhim Singh said that it was a blunder to divide J&K and bring it under Union Territory. Separation of Ladakh was not advisable in the national interests. JKNPP President also appealed the Parliament of India for its immediate intervention to save J&K from its handling of the affairs of J&K and Ladakh.

Prof.Bhim Singh urged the President of India for immediate restoration of statehood to J&K and hold fresh Assembly elections so that people can also participate freely as citizens of India to save the territorial interest on democracy in J&K.
