Washington, D.C: Sardar Zarif Khan, Vice President of Kashmir American Welfare Association (KAWA) and Honorary Advisor to the President of Azad Kashmir was hospitalized four days ago. His MRI & Ct scan reports were assessed by Dr. Ghulam N. Mir, President World Kashmir Awareness Forum. The reports are reassuring. Fortunately, his Sxs have improved with intravenous steroids within a day and may be discharged tomorrow for a follow up in 4 weeks.

Dr. Ghulam Nabi Fai, Chairman, World Forum for Peace & Justice said that Sardar Zarif Khan has been the driving force for organizing any activity regarding Kashmir, be it seminar, rally, lectures in the nation’s capital – Washington, DC. God has bestowed upon him the organizational skills, administrative abilities, and social mannerism.

Fai urged the community members to pray for an early recovery of Zarif Sahib. “Oh Allah! The Sustainer of Mankind! Remove the illness, cure the disease. You are the One Who cures. There is no cure except Your cure. Grant us a cure that leaves no illness.” Ameen! Al-Hadith.
