Canada: March 16, 2010. (PCP) After a brief stay in hospital, Blossy succumbed to her illness on Sunday March 14, at the age of 76. Her constant concern and devotion to her three children and five grandchildren will never be forgotten. Robin, wife Maria, Richard and Mark, Sonya, husband Robert, Rachel and Scott, Rehan, wife Leila, and Emma will always remember the love and attention she gave to each of them.
She and her husband Ramon (Roy) enjoyed enduring happiness, loving and caring for each other for 51 years. Blossy was an active member of her Church, the Retired Teachers Association, the Christian Women’s Club and the Pine Tree Seniors Exercise Club. Her dignity and grace is remembered by her many friends who expressed that “Blossy spread happiness wherever she went and it was always a pleasure to be in her company”.
Visitation will be at St. Dunstan of Canterbury Anglican Church, 56 Lawson Rd, Scarborough, on Wednesday March 17, from 7 - 9 PM. Funeral service will be at St. Dunstan of Canterbury on Thursday March 18 at 11 AM, followed by fellowship.
Private Cremation will be held at a later date. Donations can be made to The Salvation Army, in lieu of flowers.
